The petition being W.P.(C) No.2163/2018 titled as ‘Nina Lath Gupta vs. Union of India and Anr.’, out of which the present appeal arises, has since itself been disposed off by the learned Single judge vide order dated 23.04.2018.
In this view of the matter, the present appeal assailing the interlocutory orders dated 08.03.2018 and 23.03.2018 has been rendered infructuous. The appeal is accordingly disposed off as such.
