Mr. Bhardwaj, learned Sr. counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the representations made by the petitioners are disposed of by the respondents vide order dated 30.10.2018. In view of the said order, petitioners seek permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition challenging this order dated 30.10.2018 along with the other issues which have been raised in the present petition.

Permission is granted.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

Petitioners shall continue to pay the admitted licence fee amount and the petition shall be filed within two weeks from today. Till then, respondents shall not take coercive steps against the petitioners.
