1.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that an appealunder Section 252 of the Companies Act, 2013 has been filed and the sameis pending consideration before the NCLT. It is seen that by an order dated22.03.2018 this court had directed that the interim order passed on 15.3.2018would continue to operate till the appeal is disposed of.
2.In this view, no further orders are required to be passed in thispetition. The petition is, accordingly disposed of.
3.The petitioner would be at liberty to apply after conclusion of theproceedings before NCLT.
