Respondent no.2 submits that she has settled the matter with thepetitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure orcoercion, vide Memorandum of Understanding dated 10[th]November,2017.Respondent no. 2 says that she has no objection in case FIR No.176/2015 under Section 354 IPC registered at Police Station Dwarka South
andtheconsequentproceedingsemanatingtherefromarequashed.Affidavit of respondent no. 2 to this effect is also on record at page 10.Respondent no. 2 admits her signatures on her affidavit.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and
respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would beserved to keep the criminal proceedings pending.Accordingly, in theinterest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanatingtherefrom are quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applicationis disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
