Duringthe courseofinvestigation,atthe instance ofthe other co-accusedBanti @ Preeti was also petitioner,arrested on 25* November, 2017 and stolen property of four other casesvaluedat approximately?lcrorewas recoveredthoughthe propertystolenin ,the above-notedFIRs could not be recovered. As the status per report,petitioneris involvedinsirnilaroffencesin as many as 16 casesinDelhi and15 cases in Gurugram and Faridabad.2.Gonsideringthe natureofallegationsand propensityofthe petitioner,.this Gourtfinds no groundtograntbailtopetitioner.
