Respondent nos. 2 to 4, namely, Narender, Shailender and VijenderSingh are present in Court along with their counsel and have been identifiedby ASI Kiran Pal of police station Gokul Puri. They submit that they havesettled their disputes with petitioners of their own free will and without anyundue force, pressure or coercion vide Compromise Deed dated 14[th]May,2018, therefore, they do not wish to pursue the FIR No. 171/2018 underSections 323/452/509/506/308/34 IPC registered at police station Gokul Puriany further and the same may be quashed.
Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners andrespondent nos.2 to 4 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be
served in keeping the criminal proceedings pending.Accordingly, in theinterest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating
therefrom are quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application
is disposed of as infructuous.
