1.The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C.in case FIR No.402/2017 registered under Sections 308/323/506/34IPC at PS Jyoti Nagar. Status report not filed.
2.I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and haveexamined the file. By an order dated 02.02.2018, co-accused SanjayPanchal was granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Bail Appln.2364/2017. The nature of injuries sustained by the victim is ‘simple’.
3.Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner iswilling and ready to join the investigation anytime. Let the petitionerjoin the investigation before the Investigating Officer on 20.02.2018at 04.00 p.m.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, thepetitioner is granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, he bereleased on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/- withonesuretyinthelikeamounttothesatisfactionoftheSHO/Investigating officer. He shall, however, join the investigation asand when required.
5.The bail application stands disposed of.
