The Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State, on instructions from Sub-Inspector Harender, submits that the investigation into FIR No.385/2015 registered by Police Station Mundka, pursuant to the impugned orders has since been concluded and report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 with the prayer for the case to be treated as “untraced” has been submitted in the court of appropriate jurisdictional Magistrate which is presently under consideration.
Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that in view of the afore mentioned result of the investigation into FIR, the present petition and the application filed therewith may be permitted to be withdrawn, the petitioners reserving the right to pursue remedies available in law, in the event of adverse orders being passed by the jurisdictional Magistrate against them.
The petition and the application filed therewith stand dismissed as withdrawn.
