After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that oninstructions, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition and theapplications filed therewith as the petitioner reserves the right to seekcriminal action after the trial court, where the case against him is pending,inter alia, on the charge under Section 302 IPC, has rendered its decisionreturning finding qua the impugned material on the basis of which thecomplaint leading to the impugned orders being passed was presented.
The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed aswithdrawn.
