The petitioner has joined investigations.

In view of the above, it is directed that in the event of his arrest in case FIR No. 384/2018 under sections 323/341/509/34 IPC registered at –Police Station Sultan Puri, Delhi, the petitioner shall be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer, subject to the following conditions:

(i) the petitioner shall continue to participate in the investigations as and when he is so intimated by the Investigating Officer; when he is so intimated by the Investigating Officer;

(ii) he will not interfere with or otherwise try to influence the investigations; investigations;

(iii) he shall furnish his telephone number to the SHO concerned, which shall be kept operational at all times, so that the police could contact him; shall be kept operational at all times, so that the police could contact him;

(iv) he shall not make any effort to evade the process of law; and

(v) in case of change of the phone numbers or address, the petitioner shall inform the police forthwith. inform the police forthwith.

The petition is disposed-off in the above terms.
