1.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that in terms ofthe order dated 01.11.2016 passed by the Court of Chief Commissioner forPersons with Disabilities, the petitioner has already advertised vacancies tobe filled by persons with disabilities. He, however, submits that thepetitioner would require further time to implement the order dated01.11.2016.

2.He seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach theCourt of Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities for seekingextension.

3.The petition and the application are dismissed as withdrawn with theaforesaid liberty.
