Notice. Learned APP accepts notice for respondent no.1. Respondentnos. 2 to 4 are present in Court along with their counsel and have beenidentified by SI Gaurav of police station Rani Bagh.
Respondent nos.2 to 4 submit that they have settled the matter withthe petitioner of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure orcoercion vide Compromise Deed dated 25[th]July, 2018.They have noobjection in case FIR No. 327/2013 under Section 448 IPC registered atpolice station Rani Bagh and consequent proceedings are quashed. Affidavitof respondent nos. 2 to 4 are on record in this regard.
Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners andrespondent nos. 2 to 4 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would beserved in keeping the criminal proceedings pending.Accordingly, in theinterest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanatingtherefrom are quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application
is disposed of as infructuous.
