The additional public prosecutor (APP) seeks to explain that previousFIR No.434/2014 was wrongly registered by Police Station Chhawla on23.07.2014 on the basis of reminder sent by the complainant Raj Bala withreference to her earlier complaint dated 05.08.2013 and this discrepancyhaving come to notice, the previous FIR was closed and fresh FIR on theoriginal complaint was registered vide FIR No.666/2014 in Police StationChhawla. The APP further submits that he would need to have detailedstatus report of the steps taken in investigation till date but the petitioner hasnot been co-operating with the investigating process.BAIL APPLN. 1781/2018Page 1 of 2
The counsel for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that thepetitioner has been joining investigation and has been fully co-operating tilldate, though he undertakes to do so as and when required in future also.
In the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to join theinvestigation as and when called upon by the investigating officer to do so.In case, the investigating officer intends to arrest the petitioner in the presentcase, he shall be given prior notice of seven working days.
The petition stands disposed of in above terms.Dasti under the signature of Court Master.
