Sections 363/366/376 of IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act registeredat Police Station Samaipur Badli, Delhi, based on settlement.

It is contended that the parties have settled the disputes and theprosecutrix has married the petitioner.

Learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the

petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
