1. This is an application filed by Mr. Bhardwaj, learned CGSC for correction of order dated 27.4.2018, to the extent that it does not record his appearance.

2. Mr. Ashish Middha, who appears for the petitioners/non-applicants says that he has no objection to the prayer made in the application.

3. Accordingly, the prayer made in the application is allowed.

4. The record will show that Mr. Bhardwaj appeared in the matter

on 27.4.2018.

5. The DLA will take this order as well as the B.T. issued qua this matter into account while recommending payment of fee to Mr. Bhardwaj for appearance in the matter on the aforementioned date.

6. The application is disposed of.
