The only prayer pressed in this petition is that the trial court may bedirected to provide copy of the CD of CCTV footage to the petitioner atpetitioner’s expense. The issue of supply copy of CD of the charge-sheetwas considered by this Court on 21.11.2017 and it was directed that CD besupplied to petitioner by the trial court at petitioner’s expense.

Accordingly, present petition is disposed of with the directions thatcopy of CD of CCTV footage be supplied by the trial court to petitioner at hisexpense. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
