Petitionerandrespondentno.2areneighbours.FIRNo.313/2013 under Sections 354/354A/45 IPC was registered atpolice station Vasant Kunj (South) on the complaint of respondentno.2. It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have nowsettled their disputes amicably, therefore, aforesaid FIR may bequashed.
Respondent no.2 submits that she has settled the matter with thepetitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, pressureor coercion and has no objection in case the aforesaid FIR is quashed
against the petitioner.
Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between thepetitioner and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitfulpurpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending.Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and consequentproceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms.Miscellaneousapplications are disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
