It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 are related to eachother. quarrel took place between them on some trivial issue, which led toregistration of FIR No. 390/2013 under Sections 324/341/379/34 IPC atpolice station Jyoti Nagar, on the complaint of respondent no. 2. With the

intervention of common friends and family members, petitioners andrespondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, vide MOU dated 16[th]November, 2018; therefore, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedingsemanating therefrom may be quashed.

Respondent no.2 Mr.Ashok Kumar Verma is present in Court alongwith his counsel and has been identified by SI Ashwani of police stationJyoti Nagar. He submits that he has settled the matter of his own free will,voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and has noobjection in case aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanatingtherefrom are quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the parties, in theinterest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanatingtherefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
