It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 are related to each
other. quarrel took place between them on some trivial issue, which led toregistration of FIR no. 393/2013 under Sections 324/354-354-B/34 IPC atpolice station Jyoti Nagar, on the complaint of respondent no. 2. With theintervention of common friends and family members, petitioner and
respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, vide MOU dated 16[th]November, 2018; therefore, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedingsemanating therefrom may be quashed.
ItisinformedthatcrossFIRNo.390/2013underSections324/341/379/34 IPC of police station Jyoti Nagar has already been quashedby separate order of even date passed in Crl.M.C. 5892/2018.
Respondent no.2 Ms.Kavita is present in Court along with her counseland has been identified by SI Ashwani of police station Jyoti Nagar. Hesubmits that she has settled the matter of her own free will, voluntarily andwithout any undue force, pressure or coercion and has no objection in caseaforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom isquashed.
Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the parties, in theinterest of justice, aforesaid FIR and consequent proceedings emanatingtherefrom are quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
