After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he confines his relief to clarification of the order granting bail that the observations made therein will not in any manner prejudice the trial.
In view of the settled legal position, it is clarified that the observations made in the order dated 12.11.2018 granting bail to the petitioner are only prima facie and will not prejudice the trial in any manner.
