1.Learned counsel for the respondents, states that in compliance of theorder dated 17.01.2018, two certificates have been filed, both dated23.01.2018, one issued by the DIG, SHQ, BSF, Sriganganagar and the otherby the DIG, SHQ, BSF, Sunderbani, Rajouri (J&K), stating inter alia thatthe procedure for recruitment to the post of Head Constable (Ministerial),circulated vide letter dated 18.09.2014, was in accordance with the StandardOperating Procedure and the Key Depression Per Hour (KDPH) method was

adopted for conducting the tests at the Jodhpur Centre and the JammuCentre between 11.09.2017 to 16.09.2017.

2.In view of the aforesaid certificates, nothing further survives foradjudication in the present petition.

3.The petition is disposed of, along with the pending application interms of the order dated 04.01.2018, passed in W.P.(C) No. 10501/2017 andthe other connected matters.
