1.Petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 701/2015 under Section302 IPC, P.S. Keshav Puram.

2.It is informed by the learned APP that 22 out of 23 witnesseshave already been examined and only the Investigating Officer isremaining to be examined and the next date before the Trial Court is22.11.2018.

3.Keeping in view the fact that the trial is at the fag end, TrialCourt is directed to expedite the recording of the remaining prosecutionevidence and conclude the same on day to day basis.

4.The Investigating Officer is directed to appear before the TrialCourt on 22.11.2018 for the purpose of his deposition and not to seekany un-necessary adjournment.

5.In view of the above direction, learned counsel for thepetitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

6.Petitionisdismissedaswithdrawnwiththeaforesaiddirections.
