We have heard learned counsel for the State as well as the respondents. We are of the view that the impugned judgment needs deeper examination.
We may also observe that the appeal preferred by one of the accused, namely Kishore @ Rinku being Crl. Appeal No.751/2017 is already pending.
Accordingly, leave is granted.
