The names of the two applicants have figured in the complaintof Rekha Singh lodged on 11.05.2018 resulting in FIR no.91/2018BAIL APPLN. 1601 /2018 & 1604/2018 page 1 of 3

being registered by police station Sadar Bazar involving offencespunishable under Sections 354, 342, 427, 506, 509, 34 IPC. Theincident is stated to have occurred on account of the dispute overspreading of water on the stairs. The applicants came to be engagedin verbal quarrel with Lakshmi Narain, husband of the applicant Renuand certain others intervening, the allegations of assault with theintent to outrage the modesty of women being attributable to the saidLakshmi Narain and two others.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances case for releaseof the applicants Renu wife of Sh. Lakshmi Narain and Seema,daughter of Late Sh. Pyare Lai Morwal on anticipatory bail is madeout.

Thus, it is directed that in the event of the applicants /petitioners being arrested, they shall be released on bail by thearresting officer on furnishing personal bonds in the sum ofRs. 10,000/- each with one surety in the like amount subject to thefollowing further conditions

(i) The petitioners shall continue cooperating with theinvestigation and join the same as and when called upon to do so;(ii) The petitioners shall not come in contact with or try toinfluence any of the witnesses connected to the case;(iii) Prior to their release, they shall give the telephone numbers ofself and of at least one other responsible family member besides thatof the surety to the investigating officer;

(iv) The petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make anyBAIL APPLN. 1601/2018 & 1604/2018 page 2 of 3

inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the factsof the, case so as to dissuade him/her from disclosing such facts to theCourt or to any police officer Or tamper with the evidence;

(v). The petitioners shall not leave India without the priorpermission of the court of cognizance or the trial court, as thecase may be, and to ensure due Compliance with this condition andshall deposit his passport, if they hold one, with the said court; and(vi) This order will inure only till the date of first appearance of thepetitioners in the event of charge-sheet being filed on conclusion ofthe investigation and process being issued against them by the courtof cognizance.

The captioned bail applications and the applications filedtherewith are disposed of in above terms.
