On the oral prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner thisapplication is treated as an application for interim bail. It is submitted thatpetitioner has to appear in D.El.Ed examination for untrained in-serviceteacher, scheduled to be held by National Institute of Open Schooling from31[st]May, 2018 to 2[nd]June, 2018.Petitioner is student. Photocopy of theadmit-card has been produced.
Accordingly, petitioner is granted interim bail for one month from thedate of his release, subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of`10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amountto the satisfaction of the trial court.
Bail application is disposed of in the above terms.Miscellaneousapplication is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
