4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents accepts notice.
5.The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as
under:-
“In the facts and circumstances of the present case and in theinterest of justice, it is most respectfully prayed that thisHon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ ofmandamus or any other writ, order or directions therebydirecting respondents no. 1 and 2 to take immediate action andto stop the conversion of arable land into residential colonyand/or vest the land into gram sabha as per law the agriculturalland in Mustkil No. 2, Khasra No. 11 and 20, Kamalpur Majra,
Burari, Delhi and also issue directions to respondent no. 3 whois nodal authority for the maintenance and repair of the roadsto take appropriate steps to make the road no. 30 and 31 inKamalpur Majra, Burari, Delhi clear and fit for vehicular andhuman movement. ”
6.The principal grievance of the petitioner is that malba and otherconstruction material is being dumped on an agricultural field in Khasra No.11 and 20 in village Burari.
7.The respondents shall examine the aforesaid complaint and takeappropriate action if necessary. Respondent no.2 and 3 shall also treat thepresent petition as representation and respond to the petitioner within aperiod of eight weeks from today.
8.In view of the above, the petition is disposed.
