1.Status report filed. Same is taken on record.
2.After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitionersubmits that in case directions are issued for expeditious disposal ofthe case, he shall not press his application at this stage.
3.Learned APP informs that the prosecutrix has already beenexamined and mother of the prosecutrix is under cross examinationand thereafter only officials/proforma witnesses are remaining.
4.Keeping in view the totality of the facts and circumstances ofthe case and also the fact that the petitioner has been in custody since24.06.2014, Trial Court is directed to expedite the recording of theprosecution witnesses and endeavour to conclude the same preferably
within period of nine months from the next date of hearing beforethe Trial Court.
5.In view of the above directions, learned counsel for thepetitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
6.Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with theaforesaid directions.
7.Order Dasti under signatures of Court Master.
