Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that matter has been settledbetween the petitioner and complainant. Complainant is present in person.Complainant submits that he has received delivery of the vehicle againstpayment of `1,50,000/-. Vide order dated 20[th]April, 2017 it was orderedthat petitioner shall not be arrested till the next date of hearing. The saidinterim order is still continuing.Petitioner has already joined theinvestigations, which are complete as per the Investigating Officer.

Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances of this case, itis ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail, subject to hisfurnishing personal bond in the sum of `20,000/-(Rupees Twenty

Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the

Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms.
