The discords between the parties before settlement agreement dated 20.03.2018 are now limited to the following two issues and we propose to address them in the following manner:-
1.The maternal grandfather and grandmother (grandparents) and the maternal mausis (aunts) of baby Riyanshika are permitted to call the child between 7 p.m and 8 p.m on the following number: - [REDACTED]. Mr.Pankaj Chaudhary (the father of baby Riyanshika) is directed to ensure that in the event the maternal grandparents and aunts call within the hour abovementioned, baby Riyanshika is permitted to and the maternal mausis (aunts) of baby Riyanshika are permitted to call the child between 7 p.m and 8 p.m on the following number: - [REDACTED]. Mr.Pankaj Chaudhary (the father of baby Riyanshika) is directed to ensure that in the event the maternal grandparents and aunts call within the hour abovementioned, baby Riyanshika is permitted to
speak with them unhindered.
2.In partial modification of the terms of the settlement agreement dated 20.03.2018, the father shall escort baby Riyanshika to the children’s room of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on the 1[st] and 3[rd]Saturday of every month till December, 2018 between 12’O Clock and 4 p.m under the supervision of the Mediator with prior intimation to the grandparents, without demur.
