The petitioners are the sister and brother-in-law of the deceased; the FIR had been registered on the complaint of Shahida Begum (mother of the complainant) under Sections 498-A/304-B of the IPC. The petitioners had been granted interim anticipatory protection on 14.11.2017. Charge-sheet has been filed against the husband of the deceased alone. The husband Mehtaab is stated to be in judicial custody. It is stated that the investigation qua the present petitioners is yet to be completed and the prosecution is likely to file supplementary charge-sheet against the petitioners. The petitioners have been co-operating with the investigation and they had last joined investigation on 08.12.2017 & 11.12.2017. They will continue to join investigation as and when summoned by the Investigating Officer.
Interim order dated 14.11.2017 is confirmed. In the event of
arrest, the petitioners be admitted to bail on their furnishing personal bond in the sum of ₹30,000/- each with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.
Petition disposed of.
