It is habeas corpus petition.
Ms. Bindu is present in the court. During the course of hearing it transpirs that the petitioner is divorcee and has three children therefrom. We have interacted with both the petitioner and Ms. Bindu and during that course, it was brought to our notice that the divorced wife of the petitioner is also present in the court and she points out that from amongst the three children, she has from the marriage of the petitioner with her, two daughters are the responsibility of the petitioner while the responsibility of the son is undertaken by her.
On being queried, Ms. Bindu, present in the court, has clearly expressed that she would like to join the company of the petitioner now itself as she is already aware of the background of the petitioner.
She is at liberty to join the company of the petitioner from the Court itself. ASI Netra Pal Singh, P.S. Nand Nagri, present in court, is directed to ensure that both the petitioner and Ms. Bindu are not harmed while leaving. He shall furnish his mobile number as well as of SHO, P.S. Nand Nagri to both the petitioner and Ms. Bindu before leaving the court, to be contacted in case of any exigency, to protect the person and the property of both petitioner and Ms. Bindu.
In view of the foregoing, the petition stands disposed of.
Pending applications also stand disposed off.
