As per the status report the complaint was lodged at PS Bara Hindu Rao, however execution of all the documents relating to the deal of property

registration and agreement took place in the premises of Tis Hazari Court which falls within the jurisdiction of PS Sabzi Mandi and not in the jurisdiction of PS Bara Hindu Rao and the property is situated in Rohini, hence, complainant may approach the concerned Police Station i.e. PS Sabzi Mandi.

Since petitioner has an alternate remedy of filing complaint case before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, this Court finds no ground to entertain the petition.

Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take remedies as available in law.
