Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prosecutrix is 35 yearsof age with two children.Petitioner never promised to marry her.Prosecutrix was his friend. After their friendship broke off, prosecutrix haslodged the present FIR.
Learned APP submits that petitioner has joined the investigation.
Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances of this case, itis ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject to hisfurnishing personal bond in the sum of `20,000/-(Rupees TwentyThousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of theInvestigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.
Bail application is disposed of in the above terms.
