It appears that the deceasedwas taken to the hospital by her husband where she was declared broughtdead. The father of the deceased, while lodging the FIR, hassuspected foul play, in his opinion, the death being homicidal.Thepetitioner being married was apparently living in separate house in adifferent locality.Though, allegations have been made also against herrespecting the demand of Rs.3,00,000/, such allegations, prima facie, appearto be omnibus and by including all possible relatives of Amar KumarPandey. There is no allegation of the petitioner being present around thetime the victim suffered causes that may have resulted in her death.BAIL APPLN. 2056/2018Page 1 of 2
