Status report has been submitted on behalf of the State.

perusal of the impugned judgement on order on sentence indicates that the matter is related to family dispute. On behalf of the appellants it has been submitted that qua sum of Rs. 3 lakhs for deposit of the compensation imposed to be paid by each convict i.e. each appellant to be paid to the complainant and his son, the entire amount of the said compensation would be deposited. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that there are no previous adverse antecedents against the appellants. Subject to the deposit of the compensation amount of Rs. 3 lakhs, the appellants are allowed to be released on bail during the pendency of the appeal on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- each with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court with directions that they shall not leave the country and shall not intimidate the witnesses. The

proof of deposit of the compensation amount be produced before the trial Court before the bail bonds are considered. Application is disposed of.
