The petitioner was granted interim protection provided he joins

the investigation.

The learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner will join the investigation as and when required. Let it be so done.

In case the petitioner is arrested, he shall be released on bail on furnishing personal bond of Rs.25,000/- with surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the IO/ SHO.

At this stage the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner states that without prejudice to his rights and contentions, the petitioner is ready and willing to settle the lis amicably.

The learned counsel for the complainant states that an endeavour could well be made in this regard.

At joint request, the case is referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre where the parties shall appear on 28[th] July, 2018 at 11.00 am.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of.
