In view of the objection raised by the learned counsel for the respondent that the Arbitration Agreement between the parties would not cover dispute of recovery of money made by the petitioner against the Circle Offices of the respondent, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach Court(s) of appropriate jurisdiction in form of appropriate proceedings.
The petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
