In terms of directions dated 16.01.2018 the Trial Court Record has been received in relation to FIR 632/17 from the Court of MM(North), Rohini. Placed thereon is an envelope which is directed to be opened and which on opening is found to contain two photographs which have been perused and directed to be resealed and placed on the trial court record.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition, which is thus dismissed as withdrawn.
