Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is brother-in-law (devar) of deceased. Allegations of beatings are not againstthe petitioner. Petitioner is 26 years of age and is in custody for thelast more than 9 months.

Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances ofthis case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing apersonal bond in the sum of `20,000/- (Rupees Twenty ThousandOnly) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trialcourt.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
