Learned APP submits that investigations are complete andcharge-sheet is likely to be filed. Petitioner has also participated in theinvestigation. Vide order dated 17.04.2017, petitioner was protectedfrom arrest. It is ordered in the totality of the facts and circumstancesof the case that in case of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail onhis furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 10,000/- with onesurety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the arrestingofficer/investigating officer/SHO concerned.

Bail application is disposed of in above terms.
