This petition seeks the following reliefs:

a)Cancel the Bail obtained by Respondent No. 4 & 5 by fraud.

b)Direct the Respondents to pay Salary / legal dues with 24% penal interest to the petitioner. interest to the petitioner.

c)Award compensation to the Petitioner for shoddy investigation and direct the Respondent No. 1 to file Charge Sheet immediately. direct the Respondent No. 1 to file Charge Sheet immediately.

d)Direct Respondent No. 2 to cancel the registration of Respondent No. 3 company under Companies Act, 2013. 3 company under Companies Act, 2013.

Prayer ‘a’ cannot be granted in the present proceedings. Prayers ‘b’ to ‘d’ are reliefs which could at best, be pursued in civil proceedings. Apropos prayer ‘c’, the petition is premature.

Mr. Vikram Jetly, the learned counsel for respondent no. 2 submits that the petition is not maintainable against the R-2.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
