1.After some arguments, learned Senior Counsel for petitioner,under instructions, submits that in case the directions are issued forexpeditious recording of the prosecution evidence, he shall not pressthis application, at this stage.

2.Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, thetrial court is directed to expedite the recording of the prosecutionwitnesses and endeavour to conclude the same within period of 9months from the next date of hearing before the trial court.

3.In view of the above directions, learned Senior Counsel forpetitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. He, however, reserves

the right to file petition for interim bail on the ground of the medicalcondition of mother of the petitioner.

4.Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid direction.
