After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he would not press relief (a) of the prayer clause, instead, the petitioner desires that his own complaint be looked into fairly.

In the circumstances, this petition shall be treated as the petitioners’ representation by the DCP of the area concerned who shall look into the matter and pass such orders, as he may deem appropriate. The petitioners shall be informed of the DCP’s action/orders within three weeks from today. They may appear before

the DCP on 01.12.2018 in forenoon.

The petition is disposed off in the above terms.
