1.The matter has been amicably settled between the parties for anamount of Rs.5,00,000/- over and above the amount awarded by theMACT payable by the Insurer to the claimants.
2.The amount be paid by the Insurer to the claimants through theDHCLSC within 30 days from today failing which interest @ 7.5% perannum shall be payable. The settled amount shall be apportioned amongstthe claimants as per the Award.
3.Out of the total settled amount, 50% of share of each petitioner bekept in the FDR for period of three years.
4.Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of.
5.Copy of the order be given dasti under the signature of the CourtMaster.
