Notice.Learned APPaccepts noticeforrespondent no. 1.Respondent no.2 Ms. Lalita Sharma is present in Court and accepts notice.She has been identified by SI Om Veer Singh of police station Ranhola.

Learned APP submits that co-accused Anil Kumar has not been madea party in the petition. On the oral prayer made by learned counsel for thepetitioners, co-accused Anil Kumar is impleaded as respondent no. 3.Amended memo of parties be filed during the course of the day.

Respondent no.2 submits that she has settled the matter withpetitioners and respondent no. 3 of her own free will and without any undue

force, pressure or coercion, vide Memorandum of Understanding dated18[th]February, 2019. Respondent no. 2 says that she has no objection in caseFIR No. 324/2013 under Sections 323/354-A/509/34 IPC registered atPolice Station Ranhola and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom arequashed against the petitioners and respondent no. 3.Affidavit ofrespondent no. 2 to this effect is also on record.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners andrespondent nos. 2 and 3 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose wouldbe served to keep the criminal proceedings pending.Accordingly, in theinterest of justice, aforesaid FIR and consequent proceedings emanatingtherefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applicationis disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
