1. The present petitions have been filed seeking direction to theRespondents to offer the Petitioners appointment letters to the posts of'Safaiwala' and 'Washerman', which the Petitioners are stated to havesuccessfully undergone selection process for.
2. The Petitioners are identically placed as the Petitioner in W.P.(C) No.11507/2017 (Ravinder Sirohi v. Union of India). The said writ petition wasallowed by this Court by its judgment dated H"' February, 2019, copy ofwhich has been annexed as Annexure 'A-5' to W.P.(C) No.9874/2019.
3. Accordingly, the same relief is granted to the present Petitioners. TheRespondents are directed to appoint the Petitioners to the respective poststhat they applied and underwent selection for, and issue appropriate, ordersin that regard, within period of eight weeks.
