1. These writ petitions were heard along with W.P. (C) 11548/2017 titled as"M/S. Brandavan Food Products & Anr. vs. Union of India & Ors.". Todayby judgment the aforesaid writ petition has been disposed of with thefollowing directions:-

"17. It is for the petitioner to take up the issues before an appropriateforum. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to take steps forappointment of an arbitrator to look into the grievance of thepetitioner. In case such arbitration proceedings are initiated, thelearned arbitrator may adjudicate the disputes raised by the petitioneruninfluenced by any observations made by this court.

18. The petition stands disposed of. Pending application, if any, alsostands disposed of."

2. The facts and issues raised in the present writ petitions are virtuallyidentical to the facts and issues raised in W.P. (C) 11548/2017.

3. In view of the above, the present writ petitions are also disposed of withthe same directions as above. /
