Some photographs have also been annexed along with the status report. copy of the same has been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner who is present in person disputes the position as being reflected in the photographs as according to him, the factory is still running from the same place. If that be so, appropriate shall be for the petitioner to approach the Monitoring Committee constituted by the Supreme Court.

The writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Monitoring Committee.
