CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE R.K.GAUBAO R R%28.02.2019

Verificationreportfiled.Whiletheinvestigatingagencyhasconfirmed that the wife of the petitioner has to undergo surgery today, theobjection taken is that there are other relatives who may take care. Giventhe nature of the medical condition and the surgery in which context thepetitioner was granted interim bail for period of two weeks by order dated11.02.2019 by bail application no. 142/2019, it is deemed just and fair toallow the request for extension, particularly when the counsel for thepetitioner, on being asked, submitted that he requests for interim bail for sixweeks assuring and undertaking that no request for extension on any groundwhatsoever would be asked for.

BAIL APPLN. 509/2019

The interim bail is extended by six weeks from today subject to thesame conditions as were imposed in the order dated 11.02.2019, the bailbonds for which purpose will have to be furnished before the trial court.

Dasti, as prayed.
