Vide the present petition, petitioner seeks directions thereby to releasethe petitioner on interim bail for period of 15 days in FIR No. 148/2017registeredatP.S.CrimeBranchfortheoffencesunderSections365/397/412/420 /467/468 / 471/201 /120-B/506/34 IPC.

The present petition is filed on the ground that the petitioner is lawgraduate and has to appear in All India Bar Examination to be held on15.09.2019.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP forState. Keeping in view the reasons stated in the present petition, I herebydirect the Jail Superintendent to allow the petitioner to appear in theexamination to be held on 15.09.2019 under custody and after examination,he will be taken back to the Jail.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
